The Hilltop community again threw threw their support behind the West Morris Junior Women's Club's annual food drive this year. With the help of Hilltop Elementary & other local schools, the Juniors raised over $15,000, and were able to feed over 300 needy families for Thanksgiving!
In total, Hilltop raised $6,615. On Monday 11/16, the Juniors presented a check to Family Intervention Services for $10,250. Since they exceeded their goal, they were able to continue their mission by making donations to nourish.NJ and the Market Street Mission in the amount of $2,100 each.
Hilltop students competed for the coveted Turkey Cup for the 10th year in a row. This year, Ms. Crist and Miss Piesla's 3rd grade class will have their names etched on the cup as they donated $1,090. 2nd place went to Mrs. McGoldrick's 4th grade class ($810) and 3rd place was secured by Ms. Largo and Ms. Eagan's 3rd grade class ($740).
