Spring is here in the art room!
Our kindergarteners have made spring lambs and flower prints to celebrate the coming of the warmer weather and the outdoor activities. First graders, too, have started to print flowers as their still life pictures utilizing thick and bright colors of Van Gogh. Second graders also have studied famous artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe and created giant, beautiful flowers. Our third and fourth graders have been weaving, applying pattern and texture to their folk art learning experience.
Look out for these artworks to come home in April, as the third marking period ends!
