The Board and District administration chose to pursue a bond referendum to:
1️⃣ Improve our schools with the advantage of more than $3.3 million in state aid. This state aid is only available through a voter-approved bond referendum.
2️⃣ Time the continued investment with a new tax starting as an older one ends.
3️⃣ See upgrades in just a few years while having the cost of the projects spread over time (similar to a home equity loan).
